These Terms govern Main Character, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY PLACEHOLDER] under the laws of [JURISDICTION PLACEHOLDER]. By using the site or buying a placement you agree to them.

1. What you buy

A claim is a one-time USD 5.00 payment to place your X handle, avatar, and one line in the "main character" seat. The seat is held by the most recent paid claim for the current UTC day and resets at midnight UTC, after which it moves to the public Hall of Fame. Placement is a novelty, not advertising, endorsement, or any guarantee of duration, reach, or exclusivity. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Your content and rights

You represent that the X handle and line you submit are yours or that you are authorized to submit them, and that your line is lawful and not infringing, hateful, harassing, obscene, or deceptive. Your avatar is fetched from your public X profile at display time; we do not store the image. You grant us a license to display your submitted handle, avatar, and line on the site while your placement or Hall of Fame entry is shown.

3. Removal and moderation

We may remove or refuse any claim at our discretion, and we will act on good-faith removal requests to removals.outclean@noumenon-ai.com promptly. Removal does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.

4. No affiliation

Main Character is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. "X" marks belong to their owner.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout. We never receive or store your full card details.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY PLACEHOLDER] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit or your misuse of the service.
